 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Eric is a very experienced and exceptional plumber who is working with us to diagnose a ghost leak in our full bath. We have been dealing with this leak for 5-7 years and numerous Falmouth plumbers all to no avail. Eric was very detailed in his approach which may or may not work, but vowed to stick with us to a final resolution. He also presented a Plan B which we hope we will not have to go forward with, but it may be the last resort to solve the problem. So we’re staying in touch with him.

Nathan followed up on a callback for diagnosis of outdoor AC unit that still wasn't working properly after prior replacement of motor.  Everything appears to be working now, thus far.  Very professional young man.  Listened to my concerns and described his findings.  Finally can get some relief from the heat and humidity.
